Before co-founding Agami, Sachin was the Executive Director of the Changemakers program of leading global non-profit Ashoka. Sachin has previously co-founded three ventures in India – test prep pioneer Law School Tutorials (LST, now called CL LST), Rainmaker, a learning and talent platform that ultimately spun off Vahura and mylaw.net, and Inclusive Planet, a venture focused on greater literary access for the visually impaired. For his work in technology, media, social impact and education, Sachin became an INK Fellow in 2010. Sachin is a graduate of NLSIU Bengaluru and began his career with Amarchand Mangaldas in their Mumbai offices.

Supriya is a recovering lawyer, mother, changemaker and aspiring dancer. Though her formal education was at NALSAR University of Law, her real education was at Ashoka Innovators for the Public, where she worked to launch over 100 leading social entrepreneurs across different sectors, support 500 others and co-create projects like the Wellbeing Project. She is also grateful for her stint at Amarchand Mangaldas, as a capital markets lawyer.

Rashika is a lawyer, yoga enthusiast and a pet parent. At Agami, Rashika works with the Supreme Court E-committee on the court digitisation project and also works on the online dispute resolution initiative. She works towards initiating judicial reform to make courts more accessible and effective. She is deeply passionate about the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to ensure greater citizen participation in grievance redressal processes. In a former life, Rashika used to be a capital markets lawyer.

Varun Hemachandran, founder of Talking Earth, quit his Advertising and Marketing business to dedicate his time to working towards democratizing data to save and improve human life. He believes data is the 5th pillar of democracy. Varun is a Changemaker at Global Action on Poverty (GAP) and a TEDx Speaker on issues related to Climate Change.

Artika is a news junky who loves to do puzzles, especially when they come as challenges that require putting together the right people and ideas. At Ashoka Innovators for the Public, where she served last, the world of leading social entrepreneurs gave her an insight into what is transformative change. A lit-major from Delhi University, she’s worked in print media and as Managing Editor of the digital platform, Youth Ki Awaaz.

Keerthana is a lawyer by education, a researcher at heart, and is passionate about building communities and creating opportunities that work better for the society, particularly the legal system. Outside of work, you will find her exploring and talking about mental health, or persistently trying to be a morning person. Before Agami, she was a Senior Research Fellow at CLPG, NLU Delhi. She completed her BA.LLB from NLU Delhi and LL.M from Harvard Law School.

Ayushi Singhal studied law at the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, finishing top of her class. She has been invited on a scholarship to the International Academy of Arbitration Law Paris and received her mediation advocacy training from Pace Law School New York. She has previously worked in the disputes, policy, and governance practice of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. As an Agami Curator, she is exploring ways and means to accelerate access to justice by catalyzing a new generation of open and networked courts that put the litigant experience at the centre. She has also worked as an integral part of Agami’s ODR mission.

A philosophy student in a law school, Tanya graduated from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL) in Patiala. Oscillating between Criminology and International Criminal Law, her true anchor was IDIA (Increasing Diversity by Increasing Access), where she served for five years – first as a member and eventually as the Team Leader. Excited by coffee and great stories, she is constantly trying to reach her Goodreads goals! Also part-times as a Research Assistant for a trial lawyer at the International Criminal Court.

Sai is an engineer by education and has a passion for creating order amidst chaos. She has navigated through diverse professional landscapes, contributing her skills to a financial advisory firm, a pet management company and a legal tech startup among others. She has a strong desire to contribute toward initiatives that are meaningful and bring about a positive impact. She has an MS in Information Management from Syracuse University. Outside of work, she loves to play tennis, and holds a deep love for animals of all kinds and finds joy in being outdoors.

A Fashion Designer by training, Aditi inclines herself towards design processes that are multi-disciplinary and prompt research across a spectrum of areas. Most comfortable with the language of photographic images, she can ever so often go down rabbit holes of questioning agency within the medium and relevance of photography in today’s hyper visual culture. A keen participant in spaces that are collaborative and involve communities. She is currently exploring, and enjoying, an immersive bead insertion technique in knitting.

Simi has a diverse professional background in corporate finance, microfinance, adtech, e-commerce, and event management. With a cross-cultural upbringing across the globe, she quickly adapts to new environments, enjoys connecting with people, and discovering delicious food. In her free time she enjoys surfing, currently riding Pondicherry waves. At Agami, she is exploring the design questions of bridging offline and online networks, through interoperable systems.

Atreyo is a lawyer, an amateur athlete and a social gadfly. At Agami, Atreyo works on the OpenNyAI Mission which leverages the power of AI and develops public goods to accelerate innovation in justice systems. Before Agami, he worked as a litigator in Delhi and has also extensively worked on issues of climate change, citizenship and statelessness in India. A lover of wild and open landscapes, outside of work he is always trying to move more and live his way into answers. Atreyo completed his BA.LLB degree from NUJS, Kolkata and holds an LLM in ‘Law and Development’ from Azim Premji University, Bangalore.

Aayana holds a BBA LLB from Christ University. She was a passionate public speaker in her college days, often participating in India wide or global debating challenges, competing in mock trials or policy competitions. These days, her energies are channeled toward Agami’s OpenNyAI mission, exploring how AI and data can reshape justice. A former F.A.I.R. changemaker, she balances her interests in legal innovation with a healthy obsession to meet her board game goals!

Atul is a software architect with a deep passion for technology and innovation. Over the years, he has designed and built applications across domains such as Retail, Healthcare, and Finance. Now, he is expanding his focus to building Digital Public Goods (DPGs) and contributing to the community, particularly in the Justice sector. As part of this journey, he is leading the design and development of an open, modular, and interoperable dispute resolution platform.
